Dearly loved Mother of Carole, Mother-in-law of Warwick and adear Sister of Edna.

Funeral Service, 11am, Thursday, June 6, at St John's Church, Lawley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

No flowers by request but if desired donations, which will be divided between St John's Church, Lawley and the Severn Hospice would be appreciated.
