PLEASE NOTE AMENDED DATE AND TIME
Of Swan House, St Georges. Passed away suddenly at home, after a short illness on May 13, 2013, aged 95 years. Much loved by his Son Maxwell, will be sadly missed by his Nephews Christopher and Lawrence, his Grand- children Ruth and Andrew, his three Great-Grand- children and by all those who knew him as their Uncle Tom.
Funeral Service to be held at St Georges Parish Church on Wednesday, May 22, at 1pm, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, for Hope House Children's Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.

So sad to here of your passing.
We all have fond memories of your wisdom, generosity, and love.
You will be missed by everyone that knew you Uncle, most of all by Chris and Lawrence.
