Passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2013, aged 58 years.

Devoted Wife of David, much loved Mum of Fred, Gavin, Jamie and Jane and a special and caring Nanny to her six Grandchildren.

Funeral Service and Interment, 11am, Monday, May 20, at St John's Church, Lawley.

Flowers welcome or if desired donations for The C.C.U. at The University Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent.
