Of Pool Meadow, Hadley, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 26, 2013, aged 91 years.
She will be sadly missed by her Daughter, Grandchildren and Great-Grandchild.
Funeral Service, 1pm, Thursday, May 23, at Telford Crematorium.
