Died suddenly at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on April 20, 2013, aged 75 years.

Beloved Husband of Cath, much loved Father to Wendy.

Strictly private Funeral will take place.

Anyone wishing to give a donation in memory of David will go to The Birmingham Children's Hospital who gave him the best chance of life possible some 60 years ago.
