Of Hayward Avenue, Donnington, Telford. Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 15, 2013, aged 76 years. Beloved Husband of Joy, dearly loved Father of Carlene, Jamie and Simon and a much loved Grandad.

Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, May 2, at 3pm.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided between Help for Heroes and St Georges Park Care Centre, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
