Of Hereford Road, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness bravely borne on April 16, 2013, aged 74 years.

A devoted Husband to Beryl and a much loved Dad to Stuart and Shane, Father-in-law to Louise and Sally, a treasured Grandad to Shannon and Victoria.

Den will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 11am.Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to The Midlands Air Ambulance, for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
