Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, May 1, at 3pm, at Treswithian Downs Crematorium,Camborne , Cornwall.

Family flowers only please, however donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St Julia's Hospice, either by retiring collection or c/o the Funeral Director
