Of Hordley Road, Wellington, passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on April 14, 2013.

Husband of Denise, Dad of Lisa and Michael, Father-in-law of Dave and Jenni, Grandad of Caitlin and Alfie.

Funeral Mass, 2.30pm, Tuesday, April 30, at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Wellington, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Ward 1 and ITU at The Princess Royal Hospital.
