Formerly of The Woodlands, Lilleshall and Ayrshire.
Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 16, 2013, aged 64 years.
Loving Mother to Shaun, Sharon and Faye and a dear Gran.
Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, April 30, at 3.00pm.
No black to be worn.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Severn Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
