Of Dallamoor, Holinswood, Telford, formerly of Birmingham.

Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on April 13, 2013, aged 56 years.

He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service, 10.30am, Wednesday, April 24, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for Macmillan Nurses Local Appeal would be appreciated.
