Passed away at the Princess Royal Hospital, on March 28, 2013, aged 69 years.

Devoted and loving Mom of Jeanette and Mark, Karen and Andy, much loved Nanny Janet ofRichard, Joanne, Gemma and Martin and a dear Sister of Brian, Maggie, David and Tricia.

Funeral Service 2pm, Monday, April 15, at Holy Trinity Church, Dawley, followed by Committal at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only please but donations tobe divided between Hope House Childrens Respite Hospice and the RNLI, would be appreciated.
