Passed away peacefully at Cartlidge House Residential Home, Oakengates on March 24, 2013.
Dearly loved Mother of Helen and Son-in-law Eddie, Grandmother of Justin and Great- Grandmother to Clementine.
Funeral Service, 12 noon, Wednesday, April 10, at Telford Crematorium.
Floral tributes welcome or donations if desired to The League of Friends at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
