It is with great sadness the Family regrettably announce the passing of Sam on March 9, 2013, aged 34 years, in The ITU, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. The much loved Daughter of Tony and Viv and Granddaughter ofthe late Tom and Eileen, also Chris and the late Doris.
Much loved Sister of Theresa, Tina, Paul, Sharon and Casey and their Partners.
Much loved Partner of Terry.
Special Auntie Ammy to her Nephews and Nieces, beloved Niece of Ian and Sam and her Cousins.
Sam will be very sadly missed by all her Family and many Friends.
R.I.P. our little girl.
A Celebration of her life will be held at St Mary's Church, Broughton, on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 11am, followed by Interment.
Donations if desired to the I.T.U Unit and the Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
