Of Cyril Hayward Court, Hadley, Telford, peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital, on February 19, 2013, aged 69 years.
A dearly loved Mother and Sister.
Funeral Service, 12 noon, Monday, March 11, at Hadley Methodist Church, followed by Interment in Hadley Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations if so desired to the British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
