Of Wem. Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on February 17, 2013, aged 74 years. Loving Husband of June, Father Deborah and Michael and Grandad of Alex, Jake and Rosie. Derek will be sadly missed by all of his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Thursday, February 28, at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for the Severn Hospice.
