BARNARD Phyllis Mary Of Madeley, Telford passed away peacefully at her home on April 3, 2024, aged 93 years.

A devoted and cherished Mom, Nan and Great-Nan, who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service 3.30pm Thursday, May 2, 2024 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice would be appreciated, via a collection after the Service.
