Passed away peacefully at Home on April 9, 2024, aged 89 years.

Much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Jack will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 10.00am.
