(Connie) Passed away peacefully at home on April 9. 2024, aged 104 years.

Much loved Mum of Chris, Mother-in-law to Fred and a very much loved Nan to Darren.

Funeral Service to take place at Emstrey Crematorium on Tuesday, May 7 at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Radfield Care.
