ALVEY
Kim William George On April 3, 2024, peacefully at his home, in the presence of his Wife, following a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, Kim Alvey, of Shawbirch, Telford, formerly of Highley, Nr. Bridgnorth, aged 67 years.
The beloved Husband and best Friend of Kate, the loving Father of Christian and Felicity, Step-Father of Stuart and Nathan, Father-in-law of Katie, Stuart and Kath, the dear Grandad of Rosie, Bethan, Fraser, Hugo, Ben, Faye, Amy, Jack, Erin and Tommy, the Son of the late Iris and the late Edward Alvey and a very special Brother, Brother-in-law and Uncle. Much loved and greatly respected within the community, Kim will be sadly missed by his Family, his Friends, by former colleagues at Fruit of the Loom and by all those dearest to him.
Funeral Service at The Parish Church of St. Mary, Highley, on Friday May 3 at 12.15pm, to be followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium at 2.30pm.
Smart attire with a dash of blue please. Kim had high standards and he liked blue.
Family flowers only by request please, but donations, which are to be divided between Bowel Cancer U.K. and the Severn Hospice (Telford) are being gratefully received, for which purpose collection boxes will be provided at both venues, or online at www.perryand phillipsfunerals.com
