(Jock) Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, aged 62 years at University of Wales Hospital, Cardiff.
Much loved Husband to Sue, Father to Jamie and Sadie and Brother to Mark.
Celebration of his life to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11.30am.
All who knew him are welcome, bright colours are encouraged.
Family flowers only, kind donations received in Alan's memory will be split between Severn Hospice and a Memorial.
