Formerly of Roberts Road, Madeley. passed away suddenly, on January 13, 2013, aged 57 years.

Beloved Son of the late Joe and Norah, much loved Brother of Phyllis, Elizabeth, Gillian and the late John.

Funeral Service, 11am, Thursday, January 31, at Holy Trinity Church, Coalbrookdale, followed by Interment in Castle Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between The British Heart Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Relief would be appreciated.
