Of Shoveller Drive, Apley, Telford, passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice. Telford, on January 18, 2013, aged 57 years.
Dearly loved Brother of Nick, Sal and Chris, who will be forever remembered by all his Familyand Friends.
Funeral Service, 2pm, Tuesday, January 29, at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the Severn Hospice, Telford would be appreciated.
