Of Princess Anne Gardens, Dawley. Suddenly at home on January 6, 2013, aged 45 years. Beloved Wife of Mark, cherished Mom of Laura, Reece and Jordan.

Funeral Service, 4pm, Thursday, January 17, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The ICU at The Princess Royal Hospital would be appreciated.
