On January 3, 2013, formerly Forester at Pale Estate, Llandderfel, suddenly but peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 88 years.

Husband of Eira for 59 years, Father of Sioned and Hans, Robert and Edwina, Gareth andEleri and Ian and Eleri, Taid to Gerallt, Aled, Meryl, Iwan, Geraint, Huw, Sion and Steffan.

Public Funeral on January 15, 2013, at 10am, at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, followed by Service of Rememberance in St Derfel Church, Llandderfel, at 1pm.
