DEIGHTON

Patricia

(Pat)

Died peacefully on January 1, 2013, at home in Torrevieja, Spain, following a long battle with Alzheimers disease. A longtime resident of Bayston Hill, who worked as the Banqueting Manager at The Lord Hill Hotel and Radbrook Hotel, Shrewsbury for many years.

Her Husband of 51 years Tom, Children Sonia, Mark and Andrew, Grandchildren Joe, Max, Louis, Summer, Melodie and Kevin, Pat's Sister Myrna, Brother Winston and Nieces and Nephews will miss this wonderful woman, who was diminutive in stature but whose energy and compassion touched everyone who knew her.

i was so sad to hear this news, Pat was like a Mother to me many years ago, i lost contact with her and tom when they moved to Spain,, my thoughts and prayers are with you all, Stef Lewis(nee Leah) xxx She was a wonderful woman, who would make me laugh till i couldnt breathe. xxxxx

Patricia Talbot-Deighton was the eldest daughter of George Wilfred Stier Talbot,snr. and Joyce Evelyn Duke-Talbot. She was also the eldest of all ten of her siblings. Patricia was born in Georgetown, Guyana, South America and left Guyana as a teenager for England with her mom, sister Myna and brother Winston. Patricia was the neice of Jack Ormond Stier Talbot and his wife Irma Talbot. Patricia's siblings are Myrna Talbot, Winston Talbot, the late Allison Talbot, George Talbot, jr., John Talbot, Laurie Talbot, Gavin talbot and Dwayne Talbot. Her cousins are Lawrence Talbot, Don Talbot, Carol Talbot, Yvette Talbot, Andrew Talbot and many more. Pat will be surely missed. Rest in Peace my dear sister.
