Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice on March 21, 2021, aged 64 years.
Beloved Partner of Kate. Loving Dad to Emma and Marc and Stepdad to Lauren and Ellie. The proudest Gramps to Henry, Jacob, Thomas and Ava.
A private Family Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium.
