Ildo Angelo Dennis
(Nick) Former Lecturer at Portsmouth, Watford and Llandudno Colleges.
Of Oswestry.
Passed away peacefully at The Isle Court Nursing Home on March 29, 2020, aged 84 years.
Nick will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
Due to current circumstances a Private Family Funeral will be held.

Sad to hear the news of my former Tutor Mr Nicolello. I was a student at Casio College, Watford back in the early 90’s. And Nicolello was one of my main tutors.
I can always remember he was such a patient and very knowledgeable man. To this day I’m still very thankful on what I learnt from Nick. He was definitely known in the industry by many great chefs.
To this day I still have his books which were part of the curriculum at college.
Again thank you Mr Nicolello for sharing your experience and knowledge to many of us which had the honour to be taught under your guidance. No doubt you’ll be still demonstrating while you rest in peace x

Nick taught me to make chocolate and pulled super candies, he was the most wonderful, patient teacher I could ever of asked for, he really boosted my confidence. I’ve only just learned of his passing.
