Carol Louise
Of Mount Pleasant Road, Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, on Saturday, November 17, 2012, aged 55 years.
Beloved Wife of Paul, loving Mother of Tessa and Ben, Mother-in-law of Jean (John) and Kirsten, Nan of Leo and Etiosa.
Funeral Service St. Michael's Parish Church, Ford, on Monday, December 3, at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, at 1.45pm.
Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated for Macmillan Nurses.
