Of Trench Road, Trench, Telford. Passed away at the Severn Hospice, Telford on November 19, 2012. Great-Nan, Nan, Mother-in-law and Mom of June, Anthony, David and Stephen.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Monday, December 3, 2012, at 11am.

No flowers by request, donations, if desired please, for the Severn Hospice, Telford, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
