Funeral Service at St Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood on Friday, November 23, 2012, at 11am, followed by Interment at St Cuthbert's Churchyard, Donington.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired please, to be divided betweenSt Matthew's Church, Donnington Wood and The Mother's Union, for which purpose a collection box will be provided in Church.
