Passed away peacefully on November 8, 2012, at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 50 years.

Loving Father of Frankie and devoted Friend to all who will greatly miss him.Funeral Service to be held at The Market Drayton Methodist Church on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 1pm, followed by a private Committal.

Flowers welcome and/or donations if desired to be divided between Harlescott Education Centre and Hodnet Primary School for which purpose a donation plate will be provided in the Church.
