Passed away at Edgeley House after a long illness, with Stepdaughter Karen and Grandson Martin by his side, on September 10, 2019, aged 82 years.

A much loved Partner of Eileen, Father of Andrew and Mark, Stepdad to Karen and a beloved Grandad and Great-Grandad.

Tom will be greatly missed by all of his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Wem on Monday, September 23 at 1.30pm, followed by Interment at Baschurch Cemetery.
