DEAKIN

John Hartley On July 24, 2019, peacefully at Innage Grange Residential Care Home, Bridgnorth, following a long illness, The Revd. Preb. John Deakin formerly of Cliff Road, Bridgnorth, aged 92 years.

Former Vicar of Enville (1995 – 2002), under the office and benefice of Kinver and Enville and a Member of The Bridgnorth Anglican Team Ministry.

The Husband of the late Anthea Deakin and a loving Father and Grandad. Much loved, John will be sadly missed by all his Family and friends.

Funeral Service at Stourbridge Crematorium on Tuesday, August 6, at 12.20pm to be followed by a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving at The Parish Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, at 1.45pm.

Family flowers only by request please but donations which will be divided between The Parish Churches of St Mary Magdalene, Bridgnorth, St Mary, Acton Round and Save The Children, are being gratefully received, for which purpose collection boxes will be provided at both venues, or online at www.perryandphillipsfunerals.com
