Philip Frederick
Of Myddle, near Shrewsbury, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2012, at Whitchurch Community Hospital, aged 79 years, much loved Dad, Father-in-law and Grandad.
Phil will be greatly missed by all his loving Family andFriends.
Funeral Service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury, on Thursday, November 22, 2012, at 1pm.
Flowers welcome, donations if desired to Cancer Research UK for which purpose a donation box will be provided at Emstrey.
