nee Slater

Of Glovers Way, Shawbirch and formerly of Tern Farm, passed away on November 1, 2012, after a long illness bravely fought.

Reunited with Husband John.

A loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Funeral Service 12 noon, Friday, November 16, at Shrewsbury Crematoium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Macmillan Cancer Care and the Severn Hospice Telford would be appreciated.
