Passed away peacefully at The Princess Royal Hospital on May 9, 2019 aged 73 years.

Loving Mum to Nick, Ross and Tim.

Devoted Grandma to Michael, Cameron, Brad, Garth and Robbie and a dear Daughter of the late Vera and Vic and a loving Sister to Cheryl.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, June 3, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the I.T.U. Department at The Princess Royal Hospital (The Respiratory Team) for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
