Passed away peacefully at the Cottage Christian Nursing Home, on April 14, 2019, aged 83 years.

Mum to Stephen and Nan to Tim.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, April 29, 2019, at 10.30am.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to Diabetes UK, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
