(Maz) Homebase Customer Service Manager. Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2019 at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, aged 68 years.

A Loving Mother, Nan, Sister and Friend. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, April 25, 2019, 1.15pm, at Emstrey Crematorium. Mourners to wear something bright.

Family Flowers only please by request but donations welcome in memory of Maz to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust.
