Sandra Frances Andrew and Meredith and the Family of the late Mrs Sandra Jones wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters, text's email's, Facebook post's and other kind messages of sympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Renal Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital NHS Trust.

Your wonderful support has been greatly appreciated by us all.

We extend our special thanks to Mum's Doctors and to the Staff at Albrighton Medical Practice for all your efforts on her behalf over the years, to the Doctor's and all Staff at The Princess Royal Hospital NHS Trust at Telford for your care of and kindness to Mum throughout her stay with you and for the great dignity afforded to her in the closing hours of her life, to G T Pritchard, Florist's, for the beautiful floral tributes, to everyone who shared their memories of Mum with us for inclusion in her Funeral Service, to all at Albrighton Sports and Social Club for your warm hospitality afterwards and for the excellent post-funeral reception catering and to The Reverend Mary Thomas and Organist Mr Gerald Leach for leading us in a most comforting Ceremony.
