Husband of the late Joyce, beloved Father of Heidi and Phil Addicott and a much loved Grandad to Gwen and the late David. Passed away peacefully on October 25, 2012, in hospital.

The Funeral Service will take place in Emstrey Crematorium Chapel, Shrewsbury on Thursday, November 8, at 1pm.

No flowers please, however, if desired, there will be opportunity to leave a donation at the Crematorium.
