Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on February 8, 2019. Aged 46 years.

Loving Son of Ted and Valerie and Brother to Anne and John.

Sadly missed by all the Family.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Wednesday, March 13, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the I.T.U. at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
