Passed away peacefully after a short illness on February 8, 2019, aged 60 years.

Dearly loved Wife, Mum, Sister, Daughter, Auntie and Ma T to many.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 9.30am.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired please to The Royal British Legion, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
