Patricia Joan
Of Chetwynd Aston and formerly of Tong Norton Farm.
Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 30, 2012, aged 76 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Eric and a much loved Mother, Mother-in-law, Sister, Nan and Great-Nan.
Who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at St Bartholomew's Church, Tong, on Monday, November 12, at 11am, followed by Interment in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only please but donations to Cancer Research UK would be appreciated.
