(Pat) Passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 11, 2019, at Morris Care Home, aged 86 years.

Wife of the late Bill, Mother to Pauline and June and the late Jamie, Mother-in-law to Roger and Dennis, an adored Nan and Great-Nan who will be greatly missed by all her Family.

Funeral Service Tuesday, January 29 at Emstrey Crematorium, 2pm.

Immediate Family flowers only but if desired donations to be divided between the Alzheimer's Society and Dementia UK.
