Eileen Passed away peacefully on December 29, 2018, aged 83 years.
A much loved Mum, Nan and Great-Nan.
Funeral Service to be held at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Thursday, January 17, at 10am.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired to the League of Friends at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
