Passed away peacefully at the Princess Royal Hospital, on December 8, 2018, aged 75 years.

Loving Husband of the late Barbara.

Cherished Father of Lisa and Martin, Chris and Sarah and a devoted Grandad to Harry and Freddie Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium, on Monday, January 7, 2019, at 12.30pm.

Donations if desired to be divided between Telford and Wrekin Parkinson's Support Group and Injured Jockeys Fund for which purpose a collation box will be provided at the Crematorium.
