Passed away suddenly at The Princess Royal Hospital on November 5, 2018, aged 61 years.

Loving Son to Rosemary and Brian and Brother to the late Heather, much loved Dad to Nicky, Chloe and Kylie and Uncle to Ben and Jess.

Funeral Service, 10.30am, Wednesday, November 28 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations which will be divided between Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Nurses would be appreciated.
