Michelle Elizabeth Of Woodside, Telford who sadly passed away on October 30, 2018, aged 48 years.

Michelle was loved by so many, not only being a Mum to five Children and five Grandchildren.

Funeral Service 4.30pm, Monday, November 19, at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request but if desired donations towards a memorial in Michelle's memory would be appreciated.
