Passed away peacefully at the Severn Hospice, surrounded by his Family on September 29, 2018, aged 81 years.

Beloved Husband of Pat, Dad to Sally, Alison and Robert.

Inspirational G'Dad and Grandad Bar to Andrew, Joanne, Jacob, Samuel, Benjamin and Toby.

Funeral Service to be held at Telford Crematorium on Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations if desired to Severn Hospice for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
